1. The following is a list of acceptable electronic formats for ads: PDF, TIFF, EPS (images taken from websites (or 72 dpi) are not suitable for printing unless they are reduced to less than 50% of their original size.
2. Ads must be saved in high-resolution (300 dpi) at actual final size.
3. Any work submitted on disk or via e-mail must be accompanied by a printout or followed by a fax.
4. Any pictures or items to be scanned must be submitted at least two weeks before the final ad deadline to allow enough time for scanning and retouching.

Art must be submitted at actual size. Any gray tones must be screened with a dot pattern of 85 lines per inch or less. Please Note: Ink jet print outs do not scan or print well. We can not assume responsibility for any ad submitted as camera-ready. Electronic files are strongly encouraged.
